These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by Abdallah Law (“Abdallah Law,” “the Firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at https://www.abdallah-law.com/ including any forms, text messaging services, and other communications offered through the website (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. No Attorney-Client Relationship
The website and its content are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. Your use of the website, submission of a form, email, telephone call, or exchange of text messages with the Firm does not create an attorney-client relationship.
An attorney-client relationship is formed only after the Firm has agreed in writing to represent you and both you and the Firm have signed a written engagement agreement.
Do not send confidential or time-sensitive information unless and until an attorney-client relationship has been established. The Firm may represent a party whose interests are adverse to yours unless and until the Firm agrees in writing to represent you.
2. No Guarantee of Results
Past results, testimonials, case descriptions, verdicts, or settlements do not guarantee or predict a similar outcome in any future matter. Every legal matter depends on its own facts, applicable law, evidence, venue, and other circumstances.

Consent to Receive Messages
When you provide your mobile telephone number and affirmatively consent to text messaging, you authorize Abdallah Law and service providers acting on its behalf to send text messages to that number. Messages may include responses to inquiries, consultation and appointment reminders, requests for information or documents, case or service updates, account-related communications, and—only where separately authorized—promotional or marketing messages.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of hiring the Firm, receiving legal services, or making a purchase. Your consent applies only to the mobile number you provide. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of that number and that you are authorized to provide consent.
Automated Technology
Where disclosed at the point of consent, messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, automated technology, or prerecorded or artificial voice technology. The Firm may also send messages manually in response to your communications.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with the Firm, the status of your inquiry or legal matter, and the services you request. Promotional message frequency, if separately authorized, may vary.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier and service plan.
The Firm does not charge a separate fee for text messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting Out
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. We may send one final message confirming your opt-out. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from that messaging program unless you later provide renewed consent. You may also request that we stop texting you by contacting us at 312-300-2028.
Opting out of text messages does not terminate an attorney-client relationship, affect legal services you are otherwise entitled to receive, or prevent necessary communications through another available method.

Supported Carriers and Delivery
Text messaging may not be available through all carriers or in all locations. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delayed, failed, misdirected, or undelivered messages caused by carriers, network issues, an inaccurate telephone number, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Changing or Reassigning Your Number
You agree to notify us promptly if you stop using, cancel, or transfer the mobile number you provided. You agree not to hold the Firm liable for messages sent before we receive and process notice that the number has changed or been reassigned.
Privacy of Text Messages
Text messages are not guaranteed to be secure. Do not send highly sensitive information, including Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, medical records, or other confidential documents by text unless the Firm specifically instructs you to use an approved secure method.
We use and protect information collected through text messaging as described in our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.abdallah-law.com/privacy-policy/. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share information with vendors that help us provide messaging and legal services, subject to appropriate confidentiality and use restrictions, or when required by law.
6. Email and Electronic Communications
By contacting the Firm electronically, you consent to receive responsive communications through the contact information you provide. Electronic communications may not be secure or error-free. You are responsible for keeping your email address and telephone number current and for protecting access to your devices and accounts.
